Enterprise Automation You Can Trust - Without Middleware or Added Risk

Keep Planview, ServiceNow, Jira, and other critical platforms aligned using local, API-driven execution you fully control.

Dynamic Data Flows helps enterprise teams automate updates, reduce manual effort, and maintain clear control over what changes, when, and why — without introducing new infrastructure or security concerns.

  • Runs locally within your environment — no SaaS control layer
  • SmartSync processes only what changed (not full reloads)
  • Clear logs and auditability for every execution
  • Proven across Planview, ServiceNow, and Jira — with support for API-driven workflows and structured file-based inputs

Dynamic Data Flows processes only what changed between source and target systems

How Dynamic Data Flows Works

DDF applies a simple but powerful pattern to enterprise automation — understand what needs to happen, validate what should change, and execute only what is verified.

This is DDF’s governed execution model: define what should happen, validate what has changed, and execute only what is approved and visible.

Understand Validate Execute
🧠

Understand

Define actions using structured input that teams already understand — supported by guided examples and KnowledgeFlow.

  • CSV and Excel inputs
  • Simple, readable configuration
  • KnowledgeFlow guidance
🔍

Validate

SmartSync identifies what has actually changed, allowing teams to validate updates before execution.

  • Change detection at field level
  • Reduced processing volume
  • Improved confidence before execution
⚙️

Execute

FlowBridge and DDF connectors execute controlled updates through supported APIs, with full visibility of what happened.

  • API-driven execution
  • Local processing model
  • Logged, auditable results

One approach across multiple systems

Connectors such as FoliosFlow, ServiceFlow and JiraFlow apply this pattern to enterprise platforms, while FlowBridge orchestrates execution across them where required. FoliosFlow now also supports Planview Logbook workflows, including metadata discovery, record creation and maintenance, and controlled migration from existing Portfolios data. Where a source system is not directly connected, DDF can also work from structured exports such as CSV, Excel and JSON.

Understand the work. Validate the change. Execute with control — locally, visibly, and safely.

Your Data Does Not Have to Start in a Connected System

DDF can work with supported system APIs, but it can also work with structured exports such as CSV, Excel and JSON.

That matters during migration, data readiness and controlled loading. Before data is moved into a target platform, teams need to know what is complete, what has changed, what does not map, what should be skipped, and what evidence will exist afterwards.

📄

Start with Exports

Use CSV, Excel or JSON files from legacy systems, reporting tools or spreadsheet-based processes.

  • PPM and SPM exports
  • Spreadsheet-based data
  • Legacy system extracts
🔍

Validate Before Loading

Shape, map, compare and calculate locally before anything reaches the target system.

  • Identify missing and incomplete values
  • Reproduce or improve legacy calculations
  • Map source values to target fields and options
  • Separate ready, excluded and review records
📤

Load with Evidence

Preview and execute approved migrations into supported target systems with clear evidence of every decision and result.

  • Compare source and proposed target values
  • Preview proposed creates and updates
  • Load only approved records
  • Retain validation and execution evidence

The source can be an export. The process can still be governed.

Enterprise Systems Drift Out of Sync

Enterprise teams don’t trust their own data — because it’s maintained manually across disconnected systems.

⏱️

Slow

Manual reconciliation and repeat updates consume operational time every cycle

Error-Prone

Repetitive admin introduces inconsistencies that go unnoticed until downstream impact

💰

Costly

Custom integrations, scripts, and workarounds are expensive to build and maintain

🔒

Hard to Control

Many automation approaches don’t fit enterprise security and governance models

The result: more manual effort, lower trust in data, and slower operational change.

Most Automation Reprocesses Everything. DDF Only Processes What Changed.

Dynamic Data Flows is built around change-focused execution — reducing unnecessary processing while improving control and transparency.

1. Detect Changes

SmartSync compares source data with the target system to identify meaningful differences

2. Process Only the Delta

Only the records and fields that have changed are processed - no full reloads. In tested and production scenarios, this can eliminate 80–99% of unnecessary processing.

3. Keep Execution Controlled

FlowSim can preview proposed updates before execution, while clear inputs, outputs, and logs ensure full visibility into every run

Less noise. Less risk. More control.

Work Across Systems — Not One at a Time

Most automation tools connect to one system at a time. DDF orchestrates across multiple platforms in a single execution - extracting from one, transforming locally, and updating another — with full control over every step.

📥

Extract

Read data from any connected system or structured local file

🔄

Transform

Reshape and map data locally using built-in SQL processing

📤

Execute

Update target systems with only the changes that matter

One execution. Multiple systems. Full audit trail.
