Why DDF exists
Enterprise platforms are powerful, but many important operational processes still sit outside the product UI: spreadsheets, CSV files, one-off scripts, manual administration and repeated bulk changes.
The problem is not simply moving data. It is knowing what should change, applying the right operation against the right configuration, retaining evidence of what happened and recovering safely when something does not behave as expected.

How we think about enterprise automation
We do not start with “how do we automate everything?” We start with a bounded workflow, the customer’s actual configuration and the controls needed to make that workflow safe to repeat.
Prepare
Structure, filter, map and calculate the data needed for the workflow.
Validate
Use supported checks, previews and preflight behaviour before approved execution where the workflow supports them.
Execute locally
Run the approved operation inside the customer environment against the target system.
Evidence
Retain inputs, outputs and failures, with reconciliation where the workflow requires verification.
The objective is not maximum automation. It is dependable automation for workflows that matter.

Start with a real workflow
We prefer a real recurring customer problem over a generic platform conversation.
Be explicit about scope
Supported methods, field patterns, deployment constraints and product status are described rather than assumed.
Keep execution customer-controlled
DDF runs within the customer environment. Customer workflow data does not need to pass through a DDF-hosted execution layer.
Earn the right to expand
Prove one workflow, then extend into additional use cases, capabilities or connected systems where there is value.
