Start with one connector
A DDF licence starts with one supported connector. For Planview customers that is FoliosFlow. The same commercial model applies to ServiceFlow (ServiceNow), JiraFlow (Jira) and SalesFlow (Salesforce — Controlled Validation).
Core
Controlled execution for one supported platform
Core provides the controlled execution layer for supported workflows on one licensed platform. It is designed for teams that need repeatable execution, local control and clear run evidence without usage-based charging.

Start with one connector: Core is £10,000 per year, or Plus is £15,000 per year. Add each further supported connector for £5,000 per year. Plus is purchased once per customer, not once per connector. Add FlowBridge only when a defined workflow needs controlled coordination across two or more licensed connectors.
If you already license Plus and later add another supported connector, you do not buy Plus again. The Plus capability layer becomes available across the customer’s licensed DDF connectors where the relevant workflow supports it.
Add capability as the workflow grows
Add further connectors, Planview Logbook capability or FlowBridge orchestration only when the use case requires them. You do not need to design the final platform footprint before proving the first workflow.

Licensing multiple connectors lets you use those connectors independently. Plus adds the shared local data intelligence layer. FlowBridge is the separately licensed orchestration capability for workflows that genuinely span multiple licensed systems.
JiraFlow can read approved delivery data from Jira, Plus can prepare and compare it locally, and FoliosFlow can update the corresponding Planview tasks. FlowBridge coordinates that defined workflow as one controlled process.
Planview Logbook options
Logbook can be added to an existing FoliosFlow licence, or used as the starting point where the customer’s immediate requirement is a bounded Logbook workflow.

It is designed for one agreed workflow or use case rather than unrestricted FoliosFlow or customer-wide Plus coverage. If the requirement expands, it can be upgraded to the appropriate full configuration.
For an existing FoliosFlow customer, Logbook is treated as a specialist extension of the Planview capability rather than as a second platform connector. Standalone Logbook deployments remain priced at the standard Core or Plus level because they are full DDF deployments in their own right.
FoliosFlow for Planview Portfolios operations and dedicated Planview Logbook capability are separate licensed capabilities within the Planview product family. Where a customer expands from one to the other, the additional Planview capability is £2,500 per year.
A Proof of Value is a time-bounded engagement to validate a proposed workflow before a licensing decision. Logbook Starter is an annual licence for a customer that already has a clearly defined, bounded Logbook workflow and wants to operate it repeatedly. The right starting point depends on how defined the requirement is.

What systems does DDF support?
DDF offers FoliosFlow (Planview), ServiceFlow (ServiceNow) and JiraFlow (Jira). SalesFlow (Salesforce) is in Controlled Validation. If your requirement involves another system, ask us.
What does a customer-scoped licence mean?
The licence covers the agreed connector endpoints and environments for the licensed customer scope, typically including agreed Development, Test, Sandbox and Production environments. Additional connectors, endpoints or materially wider organisational scope are agreed separately.
Do I buy Plus separately for each connector?
No. Plus is licensed once at customer level. Its capabilities are then available across the customer’s licensed DDF connectors where supported by the relevant connector and workflow.
Can I start with one connector and add more later?
Yes. A first connector is £10,000 for Core or £15,000 for Plus. Each additional supported connector is £5,000 per year. If Plus is already licensed, it does not need to be purchased again when another connector is added.
How is Planview Logbook priced?
Existing FoliosFlow customers can add dedicated Planview Logbook capability for £2,500 per year. The same £2,500 expansion rule applies in reverse when a full Logbook Core or Logbook Plus customer later adds FoliosFlow for Planview Portfolios operations. Customers starting with Logbook can choose a bounded £5,000 Starter licence, Logbook Core at £10,000 per year or Logbook Plus at £15,000 per year.
What is the difference between Core and Plus?
Core provides controlled execution, local deployment and run evidence. Plus adds QueryLocal, CalcLocal, SmartSync and enhanced reconciliation. Plus is a customer-wide capability layer across licensed DDF connectors where supported.
Does FlowBridge require Plus?
Yes. FlowBridge is intended for defined workflows that span two or more licensed DDF connectors. Plus provides the customer-wide local preparation, calculation, comparison and reconciliation capabilities used where the cross-system workflow requires them.
Does DDF monitor or meter my usage?
No. DDF does not meter usage or require outbound usage telemetry for billing. Licence control is based on the approved customer scope and licence term rather than consumption.
Is DDF a cloud service?
DDF workflow execution is not provided through a DDF-hosted cloud execution service. Licensed DDF workflows run within the customer environment and connect directly to approved target-system endpoints. Those target systems and customer-managed credential sources may themselves be cloud-hosted.
When is an Enterprise Agreement appropriate?
Enterprise Agreements are intended for broader adoption across multiple connectors, endpoints, workflows or organisational areas where a tailored commercial structure is more appropriate than the standard component model.
How does DDF compare with integration platforms?
DDF is not positioned as a replacement for enterprise integration platforms. It is a specialist governed execution platform for controlled operational data workflows, starting with Planview and extending into connected systems where a defined workflow requires it.
