Pricing

Simple, predictable annual pricing. No per-user fees. No per-API-call charging. No surprises.

DDF is licensed as an annual customer-scoped subscription covering your agreed production and non-production environments. You control the data, the credentials, the execution and the evidence — we provide the platform.

Two editions

DDF is available in two primary editions: Core Edition and Plus Edition. Most customers start with one system and expand as value is proven.

Core Edition

Governed execution for one enterprise system

£10,000 / year

Connect to your target platform, simulate proposed changes before they touch live data, execute approved updates with secure credential handling, and retain a timestamped audit trail.

  • Full connector for one supported platform
  • FlowSim — simulate operations before execution
  • SentinelFlow — secure credential retrieval
  • Timestamped audit logging and output files
  • Professional GUI setup wizard
  • Covers agreed Development, Test, Sandbox and Production environments
Most suitable for recurring workflows

Plus Edition

Governed execution plus local data intelligence

£15,000 / year

Everything in Core Edition, plus the capabilities that make DDF truly different: local data preparation, change detection, advanced calculations and enhanced workflow support.

  • Only process what changed — SmartSync identifies new, changed, missing and unchanged records
  • Prepare and transform data locally — QueryLocal joins, filters and reshapes data without external services
  • Calculate before you execute — CalcLocal applies business logic, scoring and derived values locally
  • Clearer evidence — enhanced comparison, reconciliation and exception outputs
  • Customer-wide — Plus capabilities apply across all licensed DDF connectors
Everything runs in your environment. Your data does not pass through DDF infrastructure, and your credentials remain under your control.

Expand your platform

Add systems, orchestration and Planview Logbook capability as your requirements grow.

Component Annual Price What It Does
Additional Connector +£5,000 Add another supported platform, such as Planview, ServiceNow or Jira, to your existing licence.
FlowBridge +£2,500 Orchestrate governed workflows across two or more systems from a single controlled process.
Planview Logbook +£5,000 Add governed automation support for Planview Logbook workflows, including controlled read/write operations, comparison, simulation and audit evidence. Availability depends on customer environment and agreed use case.

What every DDF licence includes

Core or Plus, every DDF licence is designed around control, security and evidence.

Customer-controlled deployment

DDF runs in your environment. Your data never leaves your infrastructure.

FlowSim simulation

Preview proposed changes before they touch a live system.

SentinelFlow credential security

Retrieve secrets at runtime from your approved credential store.

KnowledgeFlow assistance

Every licence includes access to DDF knowledge support for configuration patterns, inputs, outputs and common workflow approaches.

Timestamped audit logging

Retain evidence of what was proposed, approved and executed.

Approved environments covered

One licence can cover agreed Development, Test, Sandbox and Production environments.

No usage metering

No per-user charging and no per-API-call charging.

Evaluate first

Not ready to commit to a full annual licence? Start with a focused evaluation.

We offer focused evaluation engagements from £3,000 to £5,000, designed to prove value against a defined use case over a period of up to three months. If you proceed to an annual licence, the evaluation fee is credited against your first year.

For Planview Logbook-specific requirements, we can also offer a Logbook Starter licence at £5,000/year. This provides governed Logbook capability with DDF local data intelligence, scoped to Logbook data only and subject to agreed use case and environment readiness.

No wasted spend. Prove value on your terms.

Frequently asked questions

What systems does DDF support?

DDF currently supports Planview Portfolios, ServiceNow and Jira. Planview Logbook support is in beta, and Salesforce support is planned and scoped. If your system is not listed, ask us — the DDF architecture is designed to extend into new platforms.

What does a customer-scoped licence mean?

Your DDF licence covers your organisation’s agreed environments — typically Development, Test, Sandbox and Production — for the approved platform endpoints. You do not need separate licences for each agreed environment.

Can I start with one system and add more later?

Yes. Most customers start with one connector and expand as they see value. Your first connector is £10,000 for Core Edition or £15,000 for Plus Edition, and additional connectors are £5,000 each.

What is the difference between Core and Plus?

Core gives you controlled execution: connect, simulate, execute and audit. Plus adds local data intelligence: SmartSync identifies what changed, QueryLocal prepares and transforms your data locally, and CalcLocal supports advanced calculations. Plus applies across all licensed DDF connectors — it is not charged per system.

Is DDF a cloud service?

No. DDF runs in your environment. Your data does not pass through our infrastructure, and your credentials stay in your own credential store.

How does DDF compare to integration platforms?

DDF is not trying to replace enterprise integration platforms. It is a specialist governed execution tool for critical operational data workflows in systems such as Planview, ServiceNow and Jira. Many organisations use DDF alongside their existing integration architecture.
