DDF is licensed as an annual customer-scoped subscription covering your agreed production and non-production environments. You control the data, the credentials, the execution and the evidence. We provide the platform. DDF does not meter usage or require outbound usage telemetry for billing.
Two editions
DDF is available in two primary editions: Core Edition and Plus Edition. Most customers start with one clearly defined workflow or system, prove the value, and expand from there.
Core Edition

Plus Edition

Everything in Core Edition, plus the capabilities that make DDF truly different: local data preparation, change detection, advanced calculations and enhanced workflow support.

Expand your platform
Add systems and Planview Logbook capability as your requirements grow. Where a workflow spans two or more licensed systems, Plus-enabled deployments can add FlowBridge orchestration. Rather than selecting components individually, we normally recommend the appropriate configuration following a short discovery discussion.

Customers using Planview Logbook as their first or only DDF capability can choose Logbook-only Core at £10,000/year or Logbook-only Plus at £15,000/year. The £5,000 Logbook module is for existing FoliosFlow customers adding dedicated Logbook capability.

Prove value first
Not ready to commit to a full annual licence? Start with a focused Proof of Value and demonstrate the outcome against a defined use case before deciding whether to scale.
We offer focused Proof of Value engagements from £3,000 to £5,000. A typical engagement runs for 4 to 6 weeks, with a clearly defined use case, agreed success criteria and a decision point at the end. If you proceed to an annual licence, the Proof of Value fee is credited against your first year.
For Planview Logbook-specific requirements, we can also offer a Logbook Starter licence at £5,000/year. This is a deliberately scoped entry licence for one agreed Logbook workflow or bounded use case. It includes governed Logbook operations, FlowSim simulation, audit evidence and the limited local data preparation required for that agreed workflow.
Logbook Starter does not provide unrestricted FoliosFlow platform coverage or customer-wide Plus capabilities such as SmartSync, CalcLocal and reusable local data intelligence across workflows. If the requirement expands, the Starter licence can be upgraded to the appropriate Logbook-only Core, Logbook-only Plus or wider FoliosFlow production configuration.

Standard product onboarding is included with the annual licence. Where you need additional help, bespoke workflow design, migration services, configuration consultancy and customer-specific development are scoped separately.

What systems does DDF support?
DDF currently supports Planview Portfolios, Planview Logbook, ServiceNow and Jira. Salesforce support is planned and scoped. If your system is not listed, ask us. The DDF architecture is designed to extend into new platforms.
What does a customer-scoped licence mean?
Your DDF licence covers the agreed platform endpoints and environments for the licensed scope, typically Development, Test, Sandbox and Production. You do not need separate licences for each agreed environment. Additional endpoints, platforms or materially wider organisational scope are agreed separately.
Can I start with one system and add more later?
Yes. Most customers start with one connector and expand as they see value. Your first connector is £10,000 for Core Edition or £15,000 for Plus Edition, and additional connectors are £5,000 each.
How is Planview Logbook priced?
If Planview Logbook is your first or only DDF capability, Logbook-only Core is £10,000/year and Logbook-only Plus is £15,000/year. This follows the same pricing as other full DDF single-system deployments.
If you already hold a FoliosFlow licence for Planview Portfolios, you can add dedicated Planview Logbook capability as a £5,000/year module. This takes FoliosFlow Core + Logbook to £15,000/year, or FoliosFlow Plus + Logbook to £20,000/year.
What is included in the Planview Logbook Starter licence?
Logbook Starter is a £5,000/year entry licence for one agreed Logbook workflow or bounded use case. It includes governed Logbook operations, FlowSim simulation, audit evidence and the limited local data preparation required for that workflow.
It is designed to prove a focused outcome before wider adoption. It does not include unrestricted FoliosFlow platform coverage or customer-wide Plus capabilities, including SmartSync, CalcLocal and reusable local data intelligence across multiple workflows. If your requirement grows, the Starter licence can be upgraded.
What is the difference between Core and Plus?
Core gives you controlled execution: connect, simulate, execute and audit. Plus adds local data intelligence. SmartSync identifies what changed, QueryLocal prepares and transforms your data locally, and CalcLocal supports advanced calculations. Plus applies across all licensed DDF connectors. It is not charged per system.
Does FlowBridge require Plus Edition?
Yes. FlowBridge coordinates workflows across two or more licensed DDF connectors and relies on the local data preparation and exchange capabilities provided by Plus Edition. FlowBridge is therefore licensed as a £2,500 annual add-on to a Plus-enabled multi-system deployment.
Does DDF monitor or meter my usage?
No. DDF does not meter usage or require outbound usage telemetry for billing. Licence control is based on the approved platform endpoints and the agreed licence term, with an expiry date built into the licence. We want customers to use the platform successfully, not worry about generating a larger usage bill.
Is DDF a cloud service?
No. DDF runs in your environment. Your data does not pass through our infrastructure, and your credentials stay in your own credential store.
When is an Enterprise Agreement appropriate?
Enterprise Agreements are designed for broader adoption across multiple platforms, endpoints, workflows or organisational areas. Rather than forcing that scope into a fixed package, we agree a commercial structure that reflects the deployment, support and governance requirements.
How does DDF compare to integration platforms?
DDF is not trying to replace enterprise integration platforms. It is a specialist governed execution tool for critical operational data workflows in systems such as Planview, ServiceNow and Jira. Many organisations use DDF alongside their existing integration architecture.
