Your Data. Our Challenge.
Send us a safe sample. See how DDF could prepare it for integration.
Have Excel, CSV or JSON data to prepare for another enterprise system? Tell us about one specific workflow. If it fits our current capabilities, we'll show an illustrative transformation using a small, approved sample — without connecting to your live systems.
For enterprise teams working with Planview, ServiceNow, Jira or Salesforce, and other structured operational data workflows. Salesforce connector capabilities remain in controlled technical validation.
Initial discussion and selected sample demonstrations are complimentary, subject to technical fit and availability. Please do not send data files through the contact form.
Make the problem tangible before committing to an integration
Business data rarely arrives in the shape a target application expects. Inconsistent identifiers, missing references, format differences and unclear business rules can turn a straightforward-sounding integration into a risky exercise.
Prepare and map
Reshape selected fields, map business references and structure data for an agreed downstream use case.
Validate and explain
Highlight missing values, unmatched references and other exceptions before any live write operations.
Explore next steps
Show how the prepared output could form part of a controlled, repeatable DDF workflow.
How the Data Challenge works
A focused, low-commitment introduction based on one defined business problem.
Tell us the challenge
Describe your source data, target application and what you want to achieve. We'll check whether it fits our current capabilities.
Agree a safe sample
If suitable, we'll agree a small synthetic or properly anonymised dataset and a secure transfer method. No live system access is needed.
See a practical walkthrough
We'll show the transformed sample, discuss the validation findings and outline potential next steps, such as a scoped Proof of Value.
Examples of challenges worth discussing
Illustrative scenarios only. We confirm the exact methods and target operations supported for each proposed workflow.
Financial data preparation
Map spreadsheet data into a consistent structure for a planned Planview financial integration.
Snapshot comparison
Compare two exports to identify new, changed, missing and unchanged records.
Cross-system record mapping
Prepare business references and mapping outputs for relevant Planview, Jira or ServiceNow workflows.
Salesforce data preparation
Explore selected Account or Opportunity mapping scenarios. SalesFlow remains in controlled technical validation.
Why DDF? The introductory demonstration concentrates on preparation and validation. DDF's wider platform can support repeatable data workflows through licensed connectors and supported operations.
Your infrastructure. Your control.
Supported workflows execute in your approved environment, without requiring a DDF-hosted execution service.
Prepare, compare, execute and verify.
Move beyond one-off transformations with supported change detection, execution controls and reviewable outcomes.
Reusable, predictable licensing.
Use licensed capabilities across authorised workflows, with no per-record, per-flow or per-API-call charges.
What you'll see
For an accepted, bounded challenge, we aim to provide a short demonstration pack that helps you discuss the opportunity internally.
- An illustrative transformed output using the agreed sample
- A concise mapping and exceptions summary
- A walkthrough of potential next steps and a proposed Proof of Value scope, if appropriate
What it isn't
This is not a free implementation project, production integration or unrestricted data-cleansing service.
- No live customer-system connectivity or write access
- No production-ready integration or reusable DDF executables
- No commitment to bespoke development, ongoing support or full connector compatibility
Common questions
A few practical points before getting in touch.
Is the introductory demonstration free?
For selected, qualifying enterprise use cases, yes. The offer is limited in scope and subject to our assessment of technical fit and capacity. More involved validation is normally handled through a separately agreed paid Proof of Value.
What data can we share?
Only a small, authorised synthetic or properly anonymised sample, agreed after our initial discussion. Removing names alone may not be sufficient anonymisation. Please do not send personal, confidential or production data through the contact form.
Do you need access to our systems?
No. The initial demonstration is based on sample data and illustrative output. Any subsequent API-connected validation would be separately scoped and approved.
Which platforms does DDF cover?
DDF includes FoliosFlow for Planview, ServiceFlow for ServiceNow and JiraFlow for Jira, alongside supporting data-preparation capabilities. SalesFlow for Salesforce is in controlled technical validation. Availability depends on the methods, fields and workflows required.
What happens if the sample demonstrates a good fit?
We'll discuss the most appropriate commercial next step, typically a defined paid Proof of Value or an existing licensed offering where the requirement is already sufficiently bounded.
Have a data integration challenge in mind?
Have an integration problem you'd like to explore? There's no commitment required for an initial conversation. Tell us the source, target system and business outcome, and we'll help assess whether a focused Data Challenge demonstration is a good fit.
Enquiry first. Safe sample arrangements are agreed separately. Demonstrations are offered selectively and subject to availability.
